Carefully pack your unused Gozney products in their original manufacturer packaging to ensure the items are protected during transit.
Ship It Back
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location; please keep your tracking receipt for reference.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
